Second-generation repairs
Trinity sits in southwest Pasco County around State Road 54 and Little Road, between Odessa and New Port Richey. It's known for planned communities, golf-course neighbourhoods and well-kept single-family homes, many now old enough that their owners are doing the first big round of updates.
That's where we spend most of our time in Trinity: patching up after remodel trades, blending repairs into heavy texture, and the inevitable roof, plumbing and AC leaks that appear as homes age past their first decade or two.

Patching heavy texture
Many Trinity homes were finished with bold knockdown or heavy orange peel throughout. It hides imperfections well, but it is the hardest texture to patch invisibly, because the splatter size, thickness and how flat it was knocked down all have to match.
We test the pattern on scrap board, build the repair flat, then re-apply and knock down the texture over a wider area so the edge disappears. Where a patch sits on a smooth wall, it gets a skim coat and a Level 5 finish instead, with HEPA dust control keeping the sanding contained. Skimming whole rooms smooth is a bigger job than we take on, and a drywall finisher or painting contractor is the right call for it. Our texture specialists and patch finishing team cover the repair side.
Drywall repairs that follow a kitchen remodel
Patching where old soffits above the cabinets are removed.
Closing or relocating openings for vent hoods and range ducts.
Repairing walls behind old cabinets that were never finished.
Patching around new lighting, outlets and under-cabinet wiring.
Blending every patched area into the surrounding wall and ceiling texture so nothing looks repaired.
Leaks in maturing homes
Roof leaks
As original roofs age, storms find weak spots around vents and valleys. Once the roof is fixed, we replace stained ceiling and blend it.
AC condensate
Clogged drain lines and rusting pans in attic air handlers drip onto ceilings. We repair after the HVAC tech clears the line.
Supply lines and water heaters
Ageing connections fail inside walls and closets; we close the openings after the plumber's repair.
Planning around your household
Repair work happens in stages, with drying time between coats. We'll explain the schedule up front so you can plan meals, home-working and pets around it. Rooms are contained, floors protected and dust controlled, and the written quote is the final price. Before you pay, we walk through the finished work together.
Golf-course homes and stray balls
Homes along Trinity's fairways come with a few repairs most neighbourhoods never see:
Lanai and window impacts
A ball through a screen or window sometimes leaves a dent or crack in the wall behind it. We patch and match it.
Bright rooms, visible seams
Big rear windows facing the course flood rooms with low-angle light that shows every joint, so we often recommend Level 5 for repairs there.
Humidity off the ponds
Water hazards and retention ponds raise humidity on the back of the house, which shows up around sliders and in bathrooms.
Neighbouring areas
From Trinity we work across west Pasco, including Elfers, Odessa and Holiday, and south into northern Pinellas. Our Pasco County drywall contracting page lists every community.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match the heavy knockdown on my Trinity walls?
Yes. We test the spray size and knockdown on scrap board, build the patch flat, then re-texture a wider area around it so the edge disappears. Making whole rooms smooth by skimming over the texture is a larger project than we take on; a drywall finisher or painting contractor is the right fit for that.
We're removing kitchen soffits. Will the ceiling need repair?
Almost always. Soffit removal leaves a strip of unfinished or damaged ceiling and wall, sometimes with ductwork or wiring to reroute. Once that's done, we patch, tape and texture so the ceiling looks continuous.
There's a stain on my ceiling below the attic air handler. Is that a drywall problem?
The stain is the symptom; the cause is usually a clogged condensate line or a rusted drain pan. Have your HVAC technician fix that first. Then we cut out any soft ceiling, replace it and match the texture.
How long does skimming a repair take in a Trinity home?
Most skimmed repairs take two or three short visits spread over a few days, because each thin coat of compound needs to dry before sanding and the next coat. Humid weather slows drying. We'll give you a realistic schedule with your written quote so you can plan around it.
